ILSI, a leading supplier of frequency control products, expands its frequency control offering with the release of the I630 series. The I630 is series is a miniature configurable 5.0 x 7.0 mm LVPECL/LVDS VCXO that offers low jitter performance of <1 ps RMS typical in the 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth. LVPECL/LVDS VCXO’s are available 10 MHz to 1500 MHz and the LVCMOS frequency range is 10 MHz to 225 MHz. Available frequency stabilities include ±20 ppm over a temperature range of 0°C to +70 C and ±25 ppm -40°C to +85°C. Both 2.5V and 3.3V supply voltage options are available.
Applications include fiber channel, Server and Storage, wireless repeaters, transponders, HDTV, FPGAs, data acquisition, military communications, SONET/SDH/DEWM/ATM, Ethernet, digital network switching, microprocessors / SDP / FPGA, test equipment and industrial controllers.
