ILSI, a leading supplier of frequency control products, expands its VCXO offering with the release of the miniature 2.0 x 2.5 mm I603 series. The HCMOS output is available in a frequency range from 1 MHz to 77.76 MHz. The miniature, low phase noise I603 series VCXO is offered in stabilities to ±20 ppm with pulling up to ±150 ppm. Standard supply voltages include 2.5V, 3.3V and 5V. Available in a wide temperature range of -40°C to +85°C the I603 series is ideal for applications requiring a small footprint and excellent jitter.
